Join a Sun Group area.

A regional business, in your own company, under the Sun Group name. In a new area, with no salespeople in the network, the entry fee is €7,500 + VAT, half at signing and half at launch.

The founder has sold hundreds of properties over 34 years, with more than 100 villas and apartments managed.

What you take with you

The Sun Group name with your region, the Ops desk, Belakey, Sun Rentals, and the right to recruit independent salespeople. Signing happens only after you review and accept all the terms.

Three ways to join

New area

There are no network salespeople yet. The entry fee is €7,500 + VAT, half at signing and half at launch.

Area only

The area already has active salespeople. The entry fee stays €7,500 + VAT. They remain in the network. The 12.5% share counts only the salespeople you recruit.

The area with its salespeople

The entry fee is €7,500 + VAT plus twice the 12.5% share those salespeople generated over the last 12 months. From day one, that share includes the team and the salespeople you recruit afterwards.

After the entry fee

Royalty

6% of management fees and your own sales commissions, once they are paid and excluding VAT. Above €150,000 a year it becomes 3%. The cap is €15,000 a year.

Platform

€149 + VAT a month, with no fee for the first 6 months. It covers the Ops desk, Belakey and Sun Rentals.

Marketing

1% of the same base, at most €100 a month, from month 7. The fund accounts are reported every year.

Term

5 years, with free renewal, and an exclusive municipality. After year 1, you can leave on 6 months’ notice, with no penalty.

Terms are indicative. The final contract governs. The numerical example only shows the entry-fee arithmetic. It is not a forecast of results.

    Your background, your time, the municipality and when you want to start.

    Reading

    The dossier and the draft contract, at least 20 days before you sign or pay.

    Signing

    Only after you review and accept all the terms. Half of the entry fee on signing.

    Training, tools and the area. The other half of the entry fee at launch.

Questions

What is the entry fee for a new area?

€7,500 + VAT, half at signing and half at launch, when there are no Sun Group salespeople in that area yet.

What if the area already has salespeople?

You choose. Area only: the same €7,500 + VAT, and the 12.5% share counts only the salespeople you recruit. Area with its salespeople: €7,500 + VAT plus twice the 12.5% share they generated over the last 12 months. From day one, that share includes the team.

Is there an example of that sum?

Illustrative example, not a forecast. If the franchisee share from those salespeople over the last 12 months was €20,000, twice that is €40,000. The entry fee is €7,500 + €40,000 = €47,500, plus VAT.

Is a salesperson a franchisee?

No. Salespeople are independent workers. The franchise is the regional business, in your company.
